Documentation Class for WRC Service Providers

We are excited to announce that our WRC Documentation course is now available virtually. In this course, WRC service providers will learn and review the best methods for documenting important information. Documentation is essential for helping staff members and organizations defend against possible litigation. It is used as a powerful teaching and learning tool. Come and learn how to document in a systematic and thorough manner. Additional topics will include recognizing the importance of a detailed documentation plan, understanding what should be reported and why, and how to produce clear and organized incident reports.

This course will take place over zoom. To participate, please register and complete the $15 payment (per participant) no later than Wednesday 5/3/2023 at noon. The cost of the course includes a digital workbook and certificate of completion.

Once you register for the class, you will receive an email containing the digital workbook, course handouts, and the zoom link no later than May 4th. You are required to have the workbook with you during the course to participate. You may either print it or type directly into it. You are also required to have a working audio and video connection. Please do not share the zoom link with anyone who is not registered for the course.

Due to high demand for the course, you may only reserve space for up to 3 staff from your agency (the cost is $15 per person). Please provide the first name, last name and email address for each participant. The materials will be sent directly to participants.

You are required to participate with your video turned on and a working audio connection throughout the training. Please note, you cannot participate in any of the trainings while driving and we will need to remove you from the zoom session if we notice you operating a vehicle while in the training.
